Team Remarkable brings out the Remarkable in NAFA Student Leaders, first thing in 2024

In partnership with Culture Forte, who has been delivering training programmes and coaching sessions to NAFA staff. We were called to create an experiential experience for selected students at NAFA to discover leadership within a 4-hour workshop.

We deployed a variety of pedagocial approaches from experiential learning, active reviewing (at the end of each leadership experience) and forum theater to challenge students to respond to fluid situations. But at the core of it, we really wanted students to have fun, learn and reflect

We named the theme of the workshop - "All you, some me"...to reflect the experience first, reflect after approach to the training which required us as faciliators to be the guide on the side and not the sage on the stage. It also reflects one of our core leadership beliefs which is followers first. And lastly because we are John Legend Fans (he's got a song, with a similiar title)
